Our pizza follows the principles of true Neapolitan tradition: a soft, light, and highly digestible dough, naturally leavened and hand-stretched to create the characteristic raised and airy edge known as the cornicione—a hallmark of the mastery of Neapolitan pizza-making.

Baking takes place exclusively in a wood-fired oven, which gives the pizza its unique and unmistakable flavour, with a delicate smoky note and an even bake that only the magic of a traditional wood fire can achieve.
